Over our history, we've personally cold-called, sourced, negotiated with and hired (or placed) a population significantly larger than that of every resident of the City of Palm Springs, CA. We've negotiated tens of millions of dollars in candidate base salary compensation, bonuses and stock options.
We find passive candidates the good ol' fashioned way--not by tweeting our openings, or using Monster or Careerbuilder, resulting in finding the same candidates our Clients already know about. (The "Post and Pray" method doesn't work well when you're looking for the really in-demand and hard-to-find skill sets.) We cold-call people on the phone. We nurture relationships with them. We learn what THEY are looking for, and we spend the time with our Client hiring companies to really understand how to best position their opportunity to a candidate who isn't actively looking at the current time.
We've found Medical Directors and other Clinical or Scientific Biotech and Pharma professionals, Software Developers of all types, Enterprise Software Sales and Pre-sales people, Partner-level Advisory consultants, Finance / Accounting / Audit professionals, etc.
